Senior Software Engineer - internal tools (remote)

Silverline Corner Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Cleveland, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our internal tools. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about vendor spend into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
