Senior Software Engineer - internal tools (remote)

Harborlight River Medical is a Milwaukee company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our internal tools. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
