Senior Software Engineer - internal tools (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen Clear Care Services is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on internal tools for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
