Senior Software Engineer - internal tools (Fort Worth, TX)

Stonegate Oak Care Services provides in-home and community support in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our internal tools. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about caregiver training into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
