Senior Software Engineer - internal tools (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Pike Medical and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about complaint handling into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
