Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Corner Early Learning and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about enrolment into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
