Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Cobalt Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tucson, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
