Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Tucson, AZ)

Summit Forge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take on integrations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about accessibility audits into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
