Senior Software Engineer - integrations (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Orchard Transit Planning and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Turn requests about route schedules into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
