Senior Software Engineer - integrations (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Basin Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about client sites into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
