Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Basin Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take on integrations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Turn requests about visit scheduling into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
