Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Pine Water Authority Group and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about treatment plant data into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
