Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Lakeside Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Rochester focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our integrations. We invest in training. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
