Senior Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Cobalt Financial and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about customer onboarding into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
