Senior Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pike Learning Group and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn requests about attendance records into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
