Senior Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Ironwood Pine Early Learning runs childcare centres in Seattle caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take on integrations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
