Senior Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Ironwood Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Las Vegas serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take on integrations. Families are partners. What you will do • Turn requests about learning materials into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
