Senior Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Westbrook Amber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Rochester, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our integrations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about clinical evaluations into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
