Senior Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Bright Ridge Insurance Partners is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about policy renewals into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
