Senior Software Engineer - integrations (remote)

Northwind Rowan Telecom Group is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn requests about network equipment into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
