Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Drift Inspection Services and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about equipment calibration into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
