Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Juniper Legal Group is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn requests about trust accounts into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
