Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Junction Financial is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about vendor spend into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
