Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Community Partners and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Houston. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about donor records into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
