Senior Software Engineer - integrations (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Glen Health runs clinics and patient services around El Paso, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our integrations. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
