Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Pine Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about treatment plant data into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
