Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Buffalo, NY)

Amberfield Bright Early Learning is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on integrations for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about classroom supplies into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with classroom supplies.
