Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Early Learning and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
