Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Forge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Austin, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Austin. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about caregiver training into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
