Senior Software Engineer - integrations (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Ember Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take on integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Austin. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about clinical evaluations into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
