Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Amber Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling catastrophe response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
