Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood North Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Tucson region. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
