Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Tucson, AZ)

Westbrook Haven Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
