Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Sable Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
