Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Summit Construction is a Tucson contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around materials orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling materials orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
