Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Linden Banking Services and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around account openings clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling account openings. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
