Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Wilder Staffing and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling client orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
