Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Tampa, FL)

Bright Maple Staffing is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
