Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Redstone Loom Staffing and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
