Senior Sales Representative - territory development (Richmond, VA)

Nova Lakeside Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Richmond region. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around harvest schedules clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling harvest schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
