Senior Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Amberfield Forge Arts Center is an arts centre in Cleveland with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling volunteer programmes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
