Senior Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Summit Pine Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Dallas plant, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Explain our services around production lines clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
