Senior Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Summit Beacon Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Boise region. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
