Senior Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cedar Farms and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
