Senior Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Harborlight Ember Staffing places workers with employers around Birmingham, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
