Senior Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Greenridge Staffing is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling onboarding. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
