Senior Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Greenridge Willow Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Little Rock, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around safety records clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
