Senior Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Foxglove Amber Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Rochester region. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a large organisation of about 800 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
