Senior Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Orchard Farms and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
