Senior Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Lumen Ivory Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Madison area. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around housekeeping schedules clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
